Baby Food Production QC Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m setting up a small-batch baby-food facility and want a qualified food technologist to shape our Quality Control system before the first jars roll off the line. Your core focus will be production-line inspection, ensuring we hit every sanitation and hygiene benchmark, verify equipment functionality, and fine-tune each step for maximum efficiency and food safety.
What I need from you
— Map out an end-to-end inspection protocol tailored to puréed baby foods, including clear CCPs and critical limits.
— Audit our current floor plan and equipment list, flagging any sanitation or functionality risks.
— Draft practical SOPs and sanitation schedules my operators can follow without specialist jargon.
— Recommend process tweaks or new controls that shorten cycle time while keeping nutrient loss to a minimum.
— Deliver a concise, actionable report with photographs or schematics where helpful, plus a checklist I can reuse for routine audits.
I already have a preliminary HACCP plan and supplier approvals; you’ll be building on that foundation. Remote work is fine, but I’ll need at least one live video walkthrough of the line and timely Q&A as we implement your recommendations.
If you’ve helped baby-food or other low-acid product lines pass third-party or regulatory audits, please mention it. Looking forward to making safe, nutritious meals for little ones—with your expertise keeping every batch on point.
