I'm looking for a professional with a specialty in food engineering, particularly in the area of food packaging. This role consists primarily of assisting me in achieving an ideal packaging process for a food product that should ideally have a shelf life of 1-3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve packaging protocols to enhance the product shelf life.
- Identify potential problems in the packaging process and propose viable solutions.
- Test out potential packaging solutions to identify the most effective.

Skills & Experience:

- Degree in Food Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in food packaging, ideally with similar products.
- Knowledge of food preservation methods, although not the primary focus here, will be considered an asset.
- Ability to operate or adapt to various standard and bespoke food packaging equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
