Diverse Fast Food Van Engineering

I'm looking for engineers to design a versatile food van that will be serving fast food, street food, and gourmet cuisine.
Key requirements include:
- Design a layout that accommodates the preparation of different types of food
- Incorporate the necessary equipment for a small-scale operation that will only have 1-2 staff members working at a time.
- Essential equipment to include are a deep fryer, grill, and espresso machine.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in designing food trucks or vans, and have an understanding of different types of cuisine and the equipment required for it. Prior experience in designing versatile food service setups would be a plus.
