Budget Biryani Drive For Orphans
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I’m organising a small-scale food drive and need a freelancer who can stretch a tight, roughly fifty-dollar budget into 30–50 generous portions of vegetable biryani in burget of$40-5- only. The plan is simple: we cook, box and personally hand each meal to children living in nearby shelter homes.
Your role spans the whole cycle—preparing a tasty yet cost-effective veggie biryani, portioning it into individual takeaway boxes, then accompanying me to the shelters to distribute the meals. If you already have access to a hygienic kitchen, basic cooking equipment and disposable food-grade containers, that’s ideal; otherwise, let me know what you’ll need so we can arrange it without blowing the budget.
Deliverable checklist:
• 30–50 sealed boxes of freshly cooked vegetable biryani.
• Safe transport and on-site distribution at the specified shelters.
• Photo proof of final hand-over (for transparency with donors).
The entire activity should take place on a single day, preferably within the 4 days . Experience with bulk cooking or previous charity drives is a plus, but what matters most is reliability, good hygiene practices and a compassionate attitude toward the kids we’re serving.
If you can turn limited funds into warm, nourishing meals and bring a smile to these orphans, I’d love to work with you.
