I need a floor plan designer

We own an office building (total Sq Ft approx. 12k-15k) in Jacksonville, FL and we need a floor plan on paper and digitally where you can move the walls around, (so we can show potential leasers how we can make their suite in our building bigger or smaller, depending on their needs). We're also looking to possibly get a postcard, mailer &/or a brochure of the overall office to show potential leasers via mail or just handing out @ initial contact.
