help with an event flyer

I need to get an event flyer done up very quickly. I have a couple templates I can pull from. I tried to modify myself, but I can't and don't have time. Our internal marketing also has no time. Hoping you can help.
I basically have to hold the event under Patterson dental. I am doing an Astros baseball game for the event, so needed to add a spin on that too.
