Unity Vibes Festival Flyer Design

Hello, I'm Marlon and I'm organizing the Unity Vibes Festival – Support Jamaica event.
I'm currently looking for an experienced designer who can support me with my project. I already have a few basic ideas that I hope to implement with the help of a professional. Since I'm still in the early stages of promotion, I'm hoping for a good collaboration.
I'll give a brief example of what I have in mind and hope that we can find the best solution for both of us to work together.
First, the event flyer (with all the initial information)
The design should be such (background) that it can be used for further promotional posts.
The design should show the event location, a sound system, and a mobile barrier fence with graffiti on it.
These elements can be placed around the edge so that the event name can be placed at the top center.
For the other posts, I imagined that the sound system could be placed more in the center of the flyer so that the image could be used to promote the music artist and DJ. However, when it comes to the graffiti artist, for example, the graffiti image should be more in the center of the flyer, along with a section where the event location can be seen, so that this image can be used for general information.
I would be delighted if we could discuss the project in advance in order to achieve the best possible result.
