Promotion materials for California small organic peach farm for sale

We are selling our small farm and we need help with marketing promotions when we are attending a small farms conference on Jan 18th.We have rented an 8x8 exhibition booth for the event and plan to promote our farm sale there. Our ideas are a small take home postcard/flyer with details as well as a QR code that links to our video of the property. But we need a few more concepts to really clearly and effectively show the public that this property is for sale and is a very special opportunity for a younger farmer.
