Hi,
I’m looking for help creating a multilingual interpreter assistance poster for our organization. This poster will be used in medical offices, clinics, and similar provider settings—places where patients often arrive without speaking English, and the staff may not speak the patient’s language either.
The poster is meant to help patients identify their language, so staff can arrange an interpreter quickly and effectively. Often, patients and staff struggle to understand or communicate which language is needed, so this visual tool will be helpful and practical.
I Need:
1. A poster that lists all supported languages in a clear, organized format.
• Each row should show:
• Language name in English
• Language name in writing in that language
• A translated phrase in that language:
“Point to your language. An interpreter will be provided.”
2. Translations can be done using AI translation tools that’s completely fine.
3. The final work should include:
• A print-ready PDF version multiple pages
• An editable version (preferably in Apple Pages or Word)
• A large-format poster version that fits all the languages on a single sheet in a neat and readable layout
• I’m attaching a sample of a few languages to show what I’m looking for — this is only a partial sample, not the full list.
• I’ll also provide the complete list of supported languages , which you’ll use to complete the poster.
• Please feel free to use a good table layout, grid, or other formatting that makes it readable and visually clean.
