Modern Logo & Collateral Rebrand

I already have a reference logo (see it here: https://prntscr.me/XkeKei3os9E.png) and clear brand guidelines; what I need now is a clean, modern re-work without the current fade effect. The refreshed mark will then anchor a full set of matching collateral—business cards and an eye-catching flyer—so everything sits together seamlessly in print and on screen.

The logo itself must stay recognisable, only sharper and bolder in line with a modern style. Colour values, spacing and type choices should all follow the guideline document I’ll supply right after kickoff.

Deliverables
• Rebranded logo in high-resolution PNG (transparent background) plus the working file you build in Illustrator or similar
• Two-sided business card design, print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed)
• Single-page flyer design, also print-ready (A5, CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed)
• A short hand-off sheet noting colours, fonts and any usage guidance
