Flyer Needed - Please Read Below?

I have a flyer that was designed by someone else, for someone else. I have the flyer (attached); however, I do not have the original files – just the flyer.

I would like you to design a flyer of your own for me, except with the following edits (also attached).

You should be able to cut the graphics from the flyer (its in word format) and paste into your own design. Please do the same with the QR code.

MOST IMPORTANT:
You do not have to make a mirror copy of the flyer I am sending you (attached). If you can create your own layout that is an attention getter – GREAT!

This flyer will be framed and will sit on a countertop display to catch the attention of store customers.
I really like the header/top part on the flyer attached – it’s a definite attention getter! (Please keep that the same) everything else is subject to your own creative layout.

(In my humble and non-graphic artist opinion, the bottom part of the flyer attached has a lot of misused space.) I did include a copy of our logo in case you want to do something entirely different on the bottom…

Please do not respond to me unless you have completely read this and understand what I want. I believe I have taken the time to be as thorough as possible explaining this job.
Nothing bothers me more than me accepting a proposal and then the freelancer ask – “So, tell me about the job. What do you need or want done?” If you do that, I am warning you, I will not respond and I will probably be bitter enough to leave my concern with the platform. Time is precious. Let’s work together without wasting each other’s time. Please?... and most of all, Thank you!
