Disposable slipper design

I am looking for an experienced product designer to help me create a prototype and design concept for a disposable slipper. This project will also include packaging design.
Requirements:
• Experience in footwear or product design (especially disposable or hospitality items preferred).
• Ability to create 3D models, sketches, and technical drawings suitable for manufacturing.
• Design must focus on comfort, cost-effectiveness, and mass production feasibility.
• Assistance with packaging design (box/bag, branding, labeling).
• Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting the project.
Deliverables:
• Product concept and design sketches.
• Technical specifications / CAD files for manufacturing.
• Packaging design files (ready for print).
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of materials suitable for disposable footwear (eco-friendly options a plus).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and suppliers.
