Digital Flyer - Radio Show - Time Sensitive

I am seeking a freelancer who is immediately available to design and complete a graphics flyer for my local radio Sunday morning radio show that's featuring a guest mayor candidate from Montreal, Canada. I will provide artwork, text and instructions. The digital flyer must be completed within a few hours. I am seeking a true graphics artist who knows how to blend images with text, who has the ability to make each design unique and has his or her own signature style in the artwork. This job is time-sensitive, since the artwork will be featured on social media today.
