fluttter terminal help for project

Hey, so I switched computers recently, and I am having trouble connecting to my root in terminal.
Things I'm getting back


zsh: command not found: flutter
new@MacBook-Pro-2 ~ % flutter --version
zsh: command not found: flutter
new@MacBook-Pro-2 ~ % flutter doctor -v
zsh: command not found: flutter

I'm starting the Flutter instagram tutorial, from freecodecamp.org , i downloaded flutter at least a year and a half ago on an old device, and need some help to get my settings dialed in.

I think once I get this part dialed in, I should be okay to go, please help!
just need to dial in the path of the root source to the project, on a new device.
