upload flutter app to testflight and appstore

i have a flutter app i developed and have been using in android, i now need it on testflight and apple appstore. i already have the paid account on apple, after uploading you will also need to setup my machine to be able to upload next revisions or updates etc. but i urgently need testflight today,and apple submission
