Full Stripe Integration to flutter marketplace app
A deliverable is complete when:

Vendors are able to connect there deposit Account to flutter app via Stripe
Vendors are able to deposit on a schedule or as requested
Payment flow for vendor and users have been tested from generating a payment to completing a payment.
Users are able to Store preferred payment methods via Stripe
Users are able to choose there preferred payment method options and finalize there transaction with there selected option
When a user processes a transaction they will see a thank you screen instead of a cart empty screen
United States State tax is added to all transactions based off the state the user or vendor is selecting
Stripe account and all supporting Stripe services are properly configured and integrated
Firebase is fully and properly integrated with Stripe and flutter app
Enable marketplace app to keep a commission from each transaction (Example Below)
if the transaction is equal to or less than $5.00. Commission = $0.90
if the transaction is equal to or less than $14.00. Commission = $1.70
if the transaction is equal to or less than $50.00. Commission = $2.40
if the transaction is equal to or greater than $50.01. Commission = $3.80
