I need a flutter App( Android, IOS ) and web based portal for admins

Its an app for doctors and patiences where both patiences and doctors UI will be differentiated based on the login! patient need to enter his details and what is his/her symptoms and upload scan copies and medical prescriptions and based on that the info will reach the doctor and the doctor will see those reports and call back to the patient and tell them what was the problem with the patient and his/her treatment is going correctly or not! Its not a consulting app… it is to know whether the treatment is going in a correct manner or not!
