Flutter App Development – Android & iOS (Rental Service App)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build Android and iOS mobile applications for our rental service platform.
We already have a fully functional website, and we want the mobile app to replicate the same features, UI, and flow as the website.

Project Scope:
• Develop Flutter app (single codebase) for Android & iOS
• App should match our existing rental service website
• Clean UI, smooth performance, and scalable architecture

Core Features Required:
• User Login & Signup (OTP / Email / Password)
• Property listing & detailed view
• Search & filter (location, price, type, availability)
• Wishlist / Favorite properties
• Booking flow
• User profile & dashboard
• Admin-controlled data (already exists via backend/website)
• API integration with existing backend
• Push notifications (preferred)
• Google Maps / Location-based listings (preferred)

Technical Requirements:
• Strong experience in Flutter
• Experience with REST API integration
• Familiar with Firebase / Node.js / MongoDB (or similar backend)
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store & Apple App Store
• Ability to convert website design into mobile UI
