I'm looking for a database-first flutterflow savvy developer

I'm working on a project called Community Gearbox, which is a social inventory management tool to help communities of practices reduce waste and increase the utility of their existing tools and goods through sharing with those that they trust. We're built on Flutterflow (low-code UI based wrapper around Flutter) and Firebase, utilizing GCP Cloud functions. I'm currently the only developer on the team, and am looking for some help to offload some technical work.
