iOS/Android Webview App with Notifications

I already run a fully-responsive web app and now I want it packaged as a clean, lightweight mobile application for both Android and iOS. The core of the job is straightforward: load the existing site inside a WebView, keep everything looking native, and make sure users stay signed in through an email-and-password login flow.

What matters most to me is a solid notification system. When I trigger a message from the back end, the phone should receive a push notification (Firebase Cloud Messaging or a comparable service is fine). Tapping that alert must take the user straight into the app and open the relevant page of the website. While the user is already inside, I also want an unobtrusive in-app notification banner so they never miss important updates.

Key deliverables:
• Android build (AAB) ready for Play Console upload
• iOS build (IPA/TestFlight) that sails through App Store review
• Email-password authentication that persists sessions smoothly between WebView and native layers
• Push and in-app notifications wired to my existing back-end endpoints
• Source code and brief setup documentation so I can run future builds myself
