CTO / Technical Architecture Advisory (strategic oversight as needed)
Scope of Work
The engagement will primarily focus on:
✔ Feature refinements & enhancements
✔ Bug fixes & performance optimization
✔ DevOps / AWS monitoring & maintenance
✔ SEO implementation & optimization
✔ Integration of AI-driven features
✔ Chatbot implementation (customer support / automation)
✔ Scalability & system stability improvements
✔ Adoption of current industry trends & best practices
Additionally, we intend to progressively incorporate:
AI-based automation features
Intelligent search / recommendation logic
Chatbot / conversational commerce support
SEO & discoverability enhancements
Engagement Structure
Working Hours: ~4 Hours Per Day
Model: Part-Time / Dedicated Allocation
Monthly Budget: ₹40,000 (collectively across resources)
Given the controlled budget structure, we are open to:
Shared resources
Hybrid support models
Efficient allocation strategies
However, delivery quality, responsiveness, and technical reliability are critical.
