LocalQ – Flutter MVP Development

I am looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build the MVP of LocalQ, a location-based community mobile application for Android and iOS.

Core MVP features include:

- User registration and login
- Ask and answer questions
- Nearby and general questions
- Smart location-based notifications
- User wallet with credits and points
- Business profiles
- Simple Runner module (communication after accepting a request is via WhatsApp, not in-app chat)
- Admin panel
- English, Dutch, and Arabic language support

I have already prepared detailed project documentation, including the Functional Scope, UI designs, and Technical Specification. These documents will be shared with shortlisted developers after the initial discussion.
