Reading parameters from JSON, we need to create an app that is suitable to display dynamic forms with several controls (label, input text, text area, radio button, check box, date, time, attach file, signature and dropdowns).
Forms must be synchronized and must be availabe online and offlne, also data to fill dropdowns lists must be online and offline mode. After fill all fields at form, data must be saved using local storage and then send to final system after a full synchronization.
