Choice milestones (marked as they are completed)

Specific problems/incidents (textual information)

Contains 3 options:
i. Documentation:

Repository with links to download documents (budgets, plans, etc.)
ii. Choices:

History ordered by date (most recent to oldest)
Each item shows:
Date and time
Informative text
iii. Budget:

Repository with links to download budget documents (PDF format)
c. Visits:

Same format as Choices, with text to record what was done and when the visit took place
Organized in 2 parts:
i. My Visits (client):
