Your new Self-development Flutter App to Be Your 0wn Hero

Hey everyone!
I'm looking for a solid flutter dev with an affinity with design to develop a breakthrough app! I will provide self-development through the codes of cinema and eSport.
I've been working with a lot of coachs, experts, investors, therapists and I regret that most of them have a 100% "teacher" approach. To me, life is like a video game, that's why my project is called "Be Your 0wn Hero". This project is all I am. I provide self-development, while being curious and learning more everyday, challenging myself to get out of our comfort zone day after day. I know we all have our own powers, superpowers, and that's what make us unique.
My goal is to do an app because I think a website is "has-been" for that purpose now. It will also help me to get closer to my community.
In that app, I want to provide them the ability to develop their skills, to train themselves through trainings called "powers" and masterclasses called "superpowers".
My entry point will be the power of routine. Everybody selects a few habits to incorporate into their daily routine and every time they validate it, they earn experience (Exp.) and virtual money.
With that money, they can have discount or even buy the powers and superpowers I propose with my team of coachs. They can also buy more virtual money with € or $.
With the experience, they start from level "Zero" and the goal is to reach the level "Hero".
That's why I need a developer to join me in this adventure and probably become the lead developer (in Freelance) in the future if he wants.
I want us to create a first version of that game changer by the end of March focused on the routine power. Then implement other powers and superpowers in the future.
The gamification aspect is very important since I want to reward each action one can do.
An in-app shop is a big thing too, to provide extra-services and the ability to buy the virtual money to spend in the app to improve the overall experience.
I don't know if you are familiar with Riot Games, but I love the business model of League of Legends.
The app will also provide access to some articles, videos, podcasts on a WordPress I'm developing on my side. I want to document everything about my own journey and how I start this business from zero too, in order to inspire, educate and challenge everyone to pursue their Dream Life.
I don't know if you can get a global vision of my expectation for that kind of app. I was a computer sciences engineer, I had several position as a full-stack dev, webdesigner, IT architect and director of a digital agency, so I know it's quite hard to sum up a project in 2500 characters ahah.
Of course, the design and the visuals are very important. We will work together, and with other persons as soon as I can. Some of my friends are ready to help for free too, in order to stay as close the initial budget.
I'm self-financing that project and I'm ready to work day and night to have no regret, considering my budget is not unlimited.
Depending on your skills, on what could be delegated, what can be my mission, the budget is $1,500 with all the design elements to launch the v1.
