Working with flutter and Wordpress to complete an E-Learning mobile application

The detailed work requirement is as below:
1. I have an LMS website built in wordpress using Tutor LMS plugin (https://www.themeum.com/product/tutor-lms/)

2. I have built a webview mobile application for the website using Flutter.

3. I have also purchased a UI kit for e-learning application in Flutter.

4. Tutor LMS provides the following 11 Rest APIs : https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/rest-api/

5. You need to integrate the rest APIs in the flutter UI.

6. Apart from these APIs for everything is we need to open webview.

In addition to this if you could do the following you can charge more.
1. Login/Register using Wordpress APIs
2. OTP Vlidation API integration (API already available)
3. Integrate woocommerce APIs (UI elements already developed, just API integration has to be done)

Please include project milestone details in the proposal as well.
