Website-to-App Conversion With Key Features

MASTER BRIEF
Project Overview

We require an experienced Flutter developer or development team to convert multiple existing web platforms (built using Lovable) into fully functional mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Each application must be delivered as a production-ready build, fully tested and successfully published to both:

Apple App Store
Google Play Store

This is a fixed-price project. The quoted price must cover the entire scope outlined below, including development, integrations, testing, and deployment. No significant cost increases will be accepted after agreement.

Payment Terms

Fixed total project cost required upfront
Milestone-based payments:
£100 initial deposit
£100 monthly thereafter
Total budget capped at £5,000
Payments may be structured per platform/app milestone if agreed
Core Technical Requirements (ALL APPS)

Every app must include the following:

1. Architecture & Framework
Built using Flutter (single codebase for iOS & Android)
Clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Reusable components where possible across apps

2. Backend Integration
Full integration with existing Lovable backend
API connections (existing or to be finalised)
Secure authentication (login, signup, password reset)
Role-based access control (per app type)

3. Payments
Integration with Stripe
Secure transactions and checkout flows
Payment status handling and history

4. Notifications
Push notifications (iOS + Android)
In-app notifications
SMS notifications (where required)
Email triggers (if supported by backend)
Notification preference settings

5. Device Features

Where applicable:

GPS tracking (drivers, couriers, etc.)
Real-time location updates
Background tracking (if required)
Camera/file upload
Deep linking support

6. Performance & UX
Fast and responsive UI
Loading states and error handling
Offline/poor connection handling
Consistent UI based on provided branding

7. Security & Compliance
HTTPS/API security
Secure storage for sensitive data
Privacy policy integration
Terms of service links
Account deletion functionality (App Store requirement)
