Wanted: Fullstack dev (/Flutter) for a startup

I'm searching for a fullstack developer who can help launch a unique startup!
We are building a chat app like no other. There's already a beta app, but we didn't launch yet: doing some bugfixes atm. You will take the development to a higher level with new functions and updates. If you have experience with AWS you will have priority. The concept is globally unique and will grow exponentially once launched.
Who
My goal is to find a loyal developer at an equity level, who can share my passion and grow with the project to something successful. While you are occupied with the technical development, I will be busy with the overall progress including financials, marketing and management. I already build the website, have an explanatory animation, fixed legal issues and have a small budget to invest in the project.
I'm located in the Netherlands (Europe) and prefer to find someone in Europe as well, but working globally is definitely not a problem. You should speak English well though, as communication is key in such a progress.
