Voice-Based Reminder App Development

**Description:**

I am looking for an experienced Flutter developer to build a **Voice-Based Reminder Mobile Application** for Android (iOS optional).

The app should allow users to **speak reminders** and automatically schedule them using AI.

This is a **simple MVP project**, so please DO NOT propose complex backend solutions.

1. Voice Input

* Tap microphone button
* Convert speech to text using Flutter (speech_to_text)

2. AI Reminder Parsing

* Send text to OpenAI API
* Extract:

* Task
* Date
* Time
* Repeat (daily/weekly/custom)

3. Reminder Storage

* Use local SQLite database (NO backend)

4. Notifications

* Use flutter_local_notifications
* Must work even when app is closed or phone is locked

5. Voice Confirmation

* App should say: “Reminder set successfully” using TTS
