QR Visitor Management App

I need a complete visitor management solution delivered as a mobile app for both iOS and Android. When someone arrives, they will scan a dynamically generated QR code on a kiosk or reception tablet, then fill in their name, company, host, reason for visit, and any custom fields I define. The moment they submit, the system records an exact check-in timestamp; on departure they scan again for the checkout timestamp, closing the visit record automatically.

Administrative access to the dashboard must be secured with two-factor authentication so only authorised staff can review real-time visitor logs, export reports (CSV/PDF), and manage the QR codes. Push notifications or email alerts to the host on visitor arrival are essential.

Core deliverables
• Universal iOS & Android apps built with a cross-platform framework of your choice (Flutter, React Native, etc.)
• Backend with secure API to store visitor data, generate unique QR codes, and handle 2FA (Google Authenticator or similar)
• Simple web dashboard for staff to view history, filter by date/host, and download reports
• Branded splash screen, icon, and an installable APK/IPA ready for store submission

Acceptance criteria
– Scan-to-check-in and scan-to-checkout flow completes in under 5 seconds on average devices
– 2FA protects all staff logins and can be toggled per user
– Visitor records persist in the cloud and sync instantly between multiple devices
– Code and documentation provided so I can self-host or move to another server if needed
