Virtual Environment Project Manager Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking a seasoned project manager who can set up a virtual environment with tracking capabilities. The environment should be able to measure the following aspects to gauge developers' performance:
- Hours spent in the virtual environment
- Number of lines of code written
- Other performance metrics such as:
- Bug fixes
- Task completion rate
- Code quality
In terms of tools and technologies, I prefer the use of GitHub for setting up the virtual environment and tracking the performance metrics. but i leave the project manager to give the best solution .
also the project manager need to see how the rate of the project goals are going in and to have weekly meeting with the weekly report of the team
The ideal candidate for this project is someone who is not only proficient in project management but also has a good understanding of software development and performance metrics. Experience with GitHub is a definite plus.
the project is called www.bzmar.com and the mobile apps associated with it . there is 3 people in the team 1 frontend , 1 backend , ux/ui
the code is written in php laravel, javascript, and flutter for the mobile apps.
There are currently good government incentives for companies in Ireland to build websites. They are currently giving businesses up to 5000 in funding for a web design build and project.
We are putting this dialogue out to businesses through advertising, so the leads that the sales person will be dealing with will be pre loaded with this information.
So in theory, it should make the closing of the sales a little easier as there is good incentive.
