Video editing AI mobile App for with flutter

I need help with a new project I have and I’d like to know if you can build that using flutter. Here are the details.
I’d like to build a mobile app in flutter integrating
- Video editing
- Text to speech
- Quote and words auto generator
- Export video or push it to social media
The app works like canva.com a library of images, video, gif + a AI engine using Quora, or some websites to generate content ( short video or animated a slide photo) based of user preferences like category. + A voice over generator.
This is what the flow looks like:
1- User tape on new project , select the size ratio of the video or post
3- select background type ( where would be appearing ) and level of blurry background color
4- select a category to pull short content from like business , relationship, finance … ( we can use Quora, or other source)
5- tap Generate …. Then Wait , the app will create multiple preview ( 5 )
6 - once the vidéo preview is ready user can select what to save or download or connect their platform of social media to directly post there.
A voice can also be use as a voice over to read the back text.
That’s ll for the app
It will be sold by in app purchases
