Urgent requirement for a flutter web developer

Duration of the project will be about 1 - 2 weeks. The developed parts will be shipped to customer as we build them and so a little bit of trust will be needed on the part of the developer because he'll have to provide me with source code. The UI is basically simple with a lot of CRUD forms, which when developed for one can be reused for all the other pages, except for an oauth2 integration with keycloak and the generation of a PDF. There's no need for the UI to be perfect, it just needs to work in the beginning so that client can start using it and we'll sort out the rest later. The sorting out part depends upon the bid amount - if the amount is considerable, only part payment will be made after the completion of the project (that just works without regard for quality) and if the bid amount is small, I'll release the full amount and continue working you or find someone else for the improvement part.
