Upgrade flutter project

I have a flutter project with a lot of plugins / dependencies and it is on a 2021 version and I plan to upgrade that to a newer flutter version .

Please don’t write me if you fear bugs ( packages / plugins / code ) and so one .
I will only respond to bugs lovers .
