Update and Optimize Flutter App

Flutter App Upgrade

I have a Flutter project currently built with Flutter 3.7.0 and Dart 2.19.0. I need to update the project to the latest Flutter and Dart versions so that I can publish the app successfully on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Current issue:

Google Play Store shows the following error:
"Your app currently targets API level 33 and must target at least API level 35 to ensure it is built on the latest APIs optimized for security and performance."

The Apple App Store shows a similar issue related to outdated SDK and deployment targets.

Requirements:

Upgrade the Flutter project to the latest stable version of Flutter and Dart.

Ensure Android app targets at least API level 35.

Ensure the iOS app is updated to meet Apple Store requirements.

Fix any code issues that arise due to the upgrade (dependency updates, breaking changes, etc.).

Provide a fully working project ready to build and submit to both stores.

Deliverables:

Updated Flutter project compatible with the latest Flutter/Dart versions.

Documentation of any changes made.

Successful build for Android (APK/AAB) and iOS (IPA) ready for publishing.
