Uber-Style Taxi App needed urgently

I need a full-featured taxi booking application that mirrors the core user experience of Uber and runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. Real-time vehicle tracking, secure in-app payments, and a driver rating and review system are non-negotiable parts of the build.

Cross-platform consistency is important to me, so code reuse through Flutter or React Native is welcome, yet I am comfortable with fully native Swift and Kotlin if you feel it delivers better performance. The interface must be clean and responsive, and I expect accurate GPS positioning even in dense urban areas.
