URGENT: Elite Flutter Developer/Agency Needed for 3-Day App Rescue Mission

I am a solo founder with a travel tech app scheduled for a critical market launch in a major city. My flight is booked. The app was supposed to be submitted to the Apple/Google stores this week, but the current developer has failed to deliver a functional product.
The app is mostly complete but is bothered by some bugs, non-functional features, but important, and an incomplete UI (does not match the Figma designs)
This is a rescue mission.
Your objective is to take the existing codebase and, within the next 3-4 days (deadline: end of day Wednesday, July 30th), get the app to a stable, polished, and submittable state.
The Mission-Critical Scope:
Bug Fixes: Triage and fix the most critical, "rejection-level" bugs that are currently breaking the user experience (e.g., non-functional login, data not saving, UI elements overlapping).
UI Completion: Rapidly implement the final UI/UX for the main, front-facing pages (Map, Forum, Chat, Profile, etc.) to a professional, pixel-perfect standard based on our existing Figma designs.
App Store Preparation: Ensure the final build is clean, stable, and meets all the core requirements for a successful first-pass submission to TestFlight and the Google Play Console.
Who We Are Looking For:
An elite, senior Flutter developer or a small, high-speed agency with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality apps under pressure.
**You must be an expert in Clean Architecture and the BLoC pattern with Freezed package, this is essential***
You must be able to read existing code, rapidly diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions without constant supervision.
You must be available to start immediately and work intensively to meet the hard deadline.
The Selection Process:
This will be fast. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a brief, focused technical review. We will give you access to the Figma file and ask you to complete a small, paid UI/code test to demonstrate your ability to quickly and accurately replicate a component.
