Training Institute Mobile App

I want to launch a mobile app that lets my students watch course videos, download supporting files, and take multiple-choice quizzes—all from their phones. The app should run smoothly on both iOS and Android; a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native is fine as long as the final builds are published to the App Store and Google Play.

Core features
• Secure email / phone login for the Student role
• Simple Admin panel (mobile or web-based) where I can upload pre-recorded lecture videos, schedule live-stream sessions, add PDF/Doc resources, and create MCQ question banks with auto-scoring
• Video player with adaptive streaming plus in-app live-stream capability (YouTube, Vimeo, or an integrated RTMP service—whichever keeps the workflow lightweight)
• File repository tab that lists downloadable course materials by module
• Quiz engine supporting timed tests, single- and multi-answer questions, instant feedback, and score history
• Push notifications for new content drops, upcoming live sessions, and quiz results

Nice-to-have but not mandatory now: web access for the same content and an Instructor role for future expansion.

Deliverables
• Fully functional iOS and Android apps, ready for store submission
• Admin panel with basic analytics (user count, quiz averages)
• Clean, well-commented source code and brief setup documentation
• One round of post-launch bug fixes within the first month
