Tinder-style Pet Adoption Mobile Application

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer (or team) to bring my app idea to life. The app is a pet adoption/animal rescue platform, working with a Tinder-like swipe system to connect users with animals in need of a home.

The UI/UX designs and feature concepts are already prepared, so the main task is the professional development and implementation.

Key Features:
• Swipe-based matching system (similar to Tinder, but for pets)
• User profiles (with special login & registration options)
• Secure payment methods (for donations, adoption fees, etc.)
• Admin dashboard / backend integration
• Push notifications & messaging system
• Publishing to App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android)

Requirements:
• Proven experience in iOS & Android app development (Flutter, React Native, or native)
• Experience with secure login/authentication systems
• Experience integrating payment gateways
• Clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Reliable communication in English (or German)
• References or portfolio of similar projects are a big plus

Additional Info:
• Designs and functions are already defined → focus is on technical development
• The project should start as soon as possible
