Temple Accounting Android App

I have already laid out the full UI flow in an HTML prototype and now need it turned into a production-ready Android application built preferably with Flutter. The interface must default to Hindi while offering an easy toggle to English.

Core access will be for two to three committee members, and I also want one higher-level administrative role with broader rights for backup/restore and configuration.

Below are the items I want delivered first:

• Member management (add, edit, search)
• Income & expense tracking with cash-book style running balance
• Real-time dashboard summarising totals and variances, plus monthly / yearly drill-downs
• Auto-numbered donation receipts and single-member ledgers, exportable as PDF
• Cloud database integration with encrypted backup and one-click restore

The UI needs to stay lightweight, clean and fully mobile-friendly; think material widgets, clear typography and minimal taps per action.

1. A line-item estimate of cost and any milestone split you recommend
2. Total development time from kickoff to initial release on the Play Store
3. Your proposed tech stack (Flutter + Firebase, or an alternative you trust)
4. Links or APKs to any similar accounting, POS or donation-tracking apps you have delivered

Security, bilingual support and accurate financial calculations are non-negotiable acceptance criteria. I’m ready to start as soon as we finalise scope and timeline.
