Technical Lead Needed (Node.js, Flutter, AWS)

Hiring: Technical Manager ( Node.js, Flutter, AWS Expert)
We are looking to hire a Technical Manager / Technical Lead with minimum 6 years of experience in backend/frontend/mobile and server architecture — someone who can manage and guide the technical development of our mobile app, admin panel, and website.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the full development lifecycle of the app, admin panel, and website
* Coordinate with UI/UX designers and developers
* Review and guide coding standards and architecture
* Manage and optimize AWS server deployments, security, and monitoring
* Lead development using Node.js (backend) and Flutter (mobile frontend)
* Perform regular code reviews and ensure quality delivery
* Solve complex technical issues and provide high-level architecture decisions
Technical Requirements:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development
* Strong expertise in Node.js and Flutter
* Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
* Experience with MongoDB / MySQL
* Experience in building and scaling production-grade applications
* Strong understanding of REST APIs, security protocols, and performance optimization
* Experience in managing small dev teams is a plus

Duration: Project-based (with long-term potential)
