Technical Co-Founder for Healthcare App

I am building a cross-platform productivity solution that will be used daily by professionals I already work with offline. My role covers market research, client acquisition, and day-to-day operations in the field; I now need a partner who can own the entire technical stack.

The core of the product is a productivity tool that must feel identical on the web, iOS, and Android. I see the back-end running on PHP with Laravel for rapid development and clean API design, while a single Dart / Flutter codebase delivers the two mobile apps and a responsive web front-end. You would lead architecture decisions, write production-ready code, set up CI/CD, and iterate quickly alongside real-world feedback I gather from users.

Initial milestones I have in mind:
• Build and deploy an MVP featuring user auth, task management, and real-time sync across all three platforms.
• Harden the codebase for scale, introduce analytics, and refine UI/UX based on live testing.
• Prepare the product for a wider launch and help shape the long-term technical roadmap.
