Taxi Ride-Booking App

I need a complete mobile solution that lets passengers book rides quickly and lets me handle every step of the driver lifecycle in one place. The core flow is straightforward: a rider opens the app, chooses pickup and drop-off points, confirms the fare, and the trip is assigned to the nearest available driver.

Payment options in the first release must cover mobile wallets and cash so users in markets with low card penetration can still ride. Card processing can wait for a later milestone; please structure the code so it can be plugged in without a full rewrite.

On the driver side I want more than a basic toggle-online button. A lightweight driver management module should allow onboarding (document upload, background-check status, vehicle details), payout tracking, and the ability to suspend or reactivate drivers from an admin panel.

I am aiming for native-quality performance on both iOS and Android, whether you use Flutter, React Native, or separate native stacks—convince me of the best route. The backend can be Firebase, a Node/Express stack, or something comparable as long as it scales and keeps ride-matching latency low.

Deliverables:
• Passenger apps (iOS + Android) with ride-booking flow, wallet & cash payments integrated
• Driver app/section with onboarding, availability toggle, trip acceptance, and earnings summary
• Web-based admin dashboard for driver management and basic trip analytics
• Clean, well-documented source code and API docs
• Test build links and a short hand-off session that walks me through deployment

Acceptance criteria: The booking flow must complete in under 10 seconds on a 4G connection; drivers appear online/offline in real time; wallet payments confirm automatically and cash trips flag for manual settlement.
