Task Reward Earnings Mobile App

I need a complete mobile application that lets users earn real money by following programs or completing in-app tasks. The core flow is simple: users open the app, pick a task or challenge, finish it, then receive points that they can later convert into cash or vouchers. Think of survey apps, micro-jobs, or small learning missions—only cleaner, easier, and more engaging.

Here’s the experience I’m after:
• On-boarding with quick sign-up (email, Google, or Apple).
• A dynamic task feed pulled from an admin panel so I can add, schedule, or pause tasks without updating the build.
• Clear progress tracking, streaks, and badge mechanics to keep people motivated.
• A secure wallet that tallies earned points and supports withdrawals to bank, e-wallet, or gift cards once thresholds are met.
• Push notifications and in-app messages to announce new tasks or limited-time programs.
• Basic analytics for me—completion rates, active users, and payout reports.

Tech stack is flexible, but a cross-platform approach like Flutter or React Native linked to Firebase or a comparable backend would be ideal to keep costs reasonable while ensuring rapid updates. Please factor in straightforward admin access (web-based is fine) and standard data security practices.

Acceptance criteria
1. Android and iOS builds approved for store submission.
2. Admin panel allows me to create/edit/delete tasks, set rewards, and view user stats.
3. End-to-end payout flow works in sandbox mode during testing.
4. Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-off walkthrough delivered.
