Flutter Mobile App Modification - Add a new page and wire with backend properly

Project Description

We have a flutter app and now need a new page added to an existing web flow that is triggered after a QR code is scanned and before the payment page.

### Current Flow

QR Code Scan → Payment Page

### Required New Flow

QR Code Scan → *New Supplement Confirmation Page* → Payment Page

### New Page Requirements

* A new page must automatically appear immediately after the QR code is scanned
* The page should display the question:
*“Please confirm if the client takes any supplements.”*
* Include a *dropdown / multi-select list* containing supplement options
* The practitioner must be able to *tick/select multiple items*
* The dropdown list items will be provided via *Excel file*
* On submission, the selected data must be *passed and saved to the backend*
* After submission, the user should proceed to the *existing payment page*

### Technical Notes

* This is an enhancement to an *existing system*, not a new build
* Backend integration is required to store the selected supplement data
* Clean UI and smooth user flow are important
* No redesign needed—just functional, professional implementation
