Solve Flutter bloc pattern state refresh and persistence issues

I have a list of message tiles that will either archive or follow based on swiping left or right. I have three tabs that will update elements corresponding tabs based on swiped status. Currently whenever i swipe i need do a refresh on bloc to update service to fetch new data and update the tab. I need some one to fix the code so that page wont reload but it will remove the element and update it in corresponding status tab. My tabs are Inbox, Follow and archive. I am looking for some one who can help me fixing it in my code build on flutter bloc package using events, states, blocbuilder and getIt service locator package. Please only bid if you are aware of bloc pattern only.
