Solar Project Marketplace Mobile App Development

Title: Flutter & Backend Developer for Solar Project Tracking/Marketplace App
Description: We are building “Earthwave Solar Hub” – a mobile app (Android/iOS) where customers track solar installation projects and book maintenance services, plus a marketplace where solar technicians (surveyors, installers, agents) sign up and bid on tasks. There’s also a web-based admin portal for our EPC company to manage projects, assign jobs, and handle billing.
Responsibilities: Implement user authentication and roles (customer, technician, admin). Build customer-facing UI (project status, service scheduling, payments) in Flutter. Create technician marketplace features (job listings, proposals, chat). Develop a backend (Firebase or Node.js API) for data (users, projects, jobs). Develop the admin dashboard (preferably Flutter Web or React) to manage projects and users. Integrate notifications (FCM), maps (if needed), and secure payments (e.g. Stripe/Razorpay).
Requirements: Proven experience with Flutter/Dart (cross-platform UI development), mobile app state management (Provider, BLoC, etc.), and UI animations. Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Functions) or Node.js/Express and database design. Familiarity with publishing apps to Google Play (and App Store if needed). Good English communication. Portfolio links to similar apps (marketplace or field-service apps) are a plus.
Work terms: Freelance contract (remote). We prefer a fixed-price milestone approach (e.g. MVP completion, then additional features). Please include your hourly rate or budget estimate and timeline. Include examples of past Flutter projects.
