Social Network App for iOS/Android

I’m building a fully-featured social networking app and need someone who can take it from concept to Store-ready binaries for both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Core modules include:

• User profiles with photos, bio and editable details
• Real-time chat (one-to-one and group)
• Personal digital diary for time-stamped posts, private or shareable
• Scheduled messages that send automatically at the date/time a user selects
• Rating system where members can evaluate each other on separate personal and professional parameters

I’m open to a single cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native so we only maintain one codebase, but I’m equally happy with separate native builds if you have a strong case for it. Whichever route you prefer, the final hand-off must include:

1. Complete, well-commented source code
2. Working builds that meet Play Store and App Store submission guidelines (privacy, icon sets, screenshots, etc.)
3. A brief deployment guide so future updates are straightforward
4. Two weeks of bug-fix support after the first live release
