Social Network App & Website Build

I am looking for a Flutter developer (or a small team) to build a native version of my application.

Context:
– I already have a working first version created with a no-code tool (Base44).
– The concept and flow of the app are already defined and functional.

What I need now:
– A full Flutter application for:
• iOS
• Android
• (Optional) Web
– Backend with Firebase or Supabase (to be discussed)
– User authentication
– A professional space for businesses
– Native push notifications (FCM + APNs)
– Multi-language support in the app (for example: French and English first, with the ability to add more languages later)
– A flexible system to handle major cities in different countries (to allow users to search/browse by city and country)

I can provide:
– Access to the current version so you can understand the structure and logic
– Simple mockups if needed
– A clear roadmap of the project

Goal:
– First, a clean and stable MVP
– Then future improvements and new features
