Social / Meetup Mobile App Flutter (No Agency)

The app is a social / meet-up, and it will be feature rich. Users will flirt with each other and they will have 24 hours to decide. Pictures and videos be shared, chat messenger and other features. Think of Tinder, Snapchat and TikTok together is basically it.
I have designs and they have been deigned in an application called SKETCH which is a mobile UI design tool. You must have SKETCH to view / download assets. You will only get access to the designs once the NDA has been signed.

I need a full-stack flutter developer to develop my app from start to finish. I am looking for someone who can create professional code, can troubleshoot issues and be able to advice and suggestions. I do not want issues or delays. I have worked with other freelancers so I know the old tricks. You MUST have experience with flutter and experience developing social apps. iOS and android app designed in the latest version of flutter v3.
Please do not bid if it’s not near my budget I do not have time to waste. I also do not want agencies ONLY individuals.
